Where is this available?We currently cater to customers within Metro Manila only.• Free delivery is available for orders of three (3) microcement buckets or more within Metro Manila.
• For orders of less than three (3) buckets, we recommend using Lalamove for fast and convenient delivery, with shipping costs to be shouldered by the customer.For delivery inquiries or special arrangements, please feel free to contact us directly through Mataya Finishes' Facebook page.Can microcement be applied over existing tiles?Yes. Microcement can be applied over existing tiles, provided the surface is properly prepared. We recommend using BasePrime Microcement Primer to ensure proper adhesion and long-term performance.Is microcement waterproof?Microcement requires a protective clear topcoat to achieve water resistance and surface protection. At present, our TopGuard is designed for non-wet interior wall applications only. For wet areas such as bathrooms and similar environments, a suitable polyurethane sealer is recommended as the final protective layer.Can microcement be used on floors?Yes. Microcement can be applied on floors using a floor-specific system. This includes a thicker base application, the use of reinforcement mesh, and a durable waterproof clear topcoat to ensure strength, stability, and long-term performance.Does microcement crack?Microcement is a flexible coating system and does not crack easily when the correct mixing ratio, proper substrate preparation, and recommended installation procedures are followed. Cracking may occur only when applied on unstable substrates or when installation guidelines are not properly observed.
